Himalayan Singing Bowls I is a 1-day course where you will practice protocols for a single bowl and multiple singing bowls on and around the body. For the past 15 years and more, studies have consistently shown that 70% to 90% of visits to the doctor are rooted in stress. And stress is a huge contributor to illness and pain. Stress is also the underlying reason many people seek out holistic practitioners. Himalayan singing bowls offer a powerful way to help reduce stress, reduce pain, release stuck emotional energy and stimulate the natural healing ability of the body

Protocols and Practice with a Single Himalayan Bowl

This module focuses on protocols of the use of a single Himalayan bowl on and around the body. You will also receive practice in creating protocols to address stress, pain and other specific issues your clients may bring to you.

Protocols and Practice with Multiple Bowls

This module focuses on protocols of the use of multiple Himalayan bowls on and around the body.

  • You will explore and evaluate the effects of combinations of sounds of the bowls.
  • You will also receive practice in creating protocols to address stress, pain and other specific issues your clients may bring to you.
