Who Are You?

You are not your name.

Your name represents some of the essence of your vibration, but it is not you.

You are not your job.

Your job does not define who you are. What you do in your job may represent special talents or gifts that is one of the ways you express (or not) your essence in the world.

You are not your body.

You inhabit your body. Your essence expresses itself through your body. Also, your body reflects to you when you are not in alignment with your essence.

You are not your thoughts.

Your thoughts are a flow of consciousness. They can offer a reflection of who you are once you remember who you are. Because so many have forgotten who they are, thoughts feel like a sea of jumbled fragments. Your brain and nervous system are a receiver and transmitter. When they are tuned to receive information that supports you, the jumbled-up information that bombards your nervous system eases and clears.

You are not your feelings.

Your feelings are your navigation system.

You are not your beliefs.

Beliefs are choices that you make consciously or unconsciously.

You are not the stories that you tell yourself and the world.

Stories that you tell yourself and the world are like coats that you put on to keep you from getting wet or cold.

If you are not your name – your job – your body – your thoughts – your feelings – your beliefs – your stories, then I ask you…
